Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.


Check-in/Check-out Time:

  • Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out 10:00 am
  • We will check the Chalet before your check out. We reserve the right to charge for missing items such as towels, decoration items, damages suffered or any other equipment of the room.
  • There are no refunds for early checkouts.


Booking:

  • Bookings can be done through website, travel portals like MMT, Agoda etc and over the phone on the contact numbers given on the website & google page of Green Leaf Resort Goa.
  • Bookings will only be secured with a deposit paid.
  • For 1-night bookings done through website or over the phone, full amount will be collected from the guest. For Advance deposits, minimum 2 nights bookings should be done.
  • By booking one of our chalets, you will not be given a specific one.
  • With the payment of deposit, you agree to our terms and conditions.
  • A deposit is required for every booking dependant on the length of your stay.
  • The remaining amount must be paid on arrival.
  • Please note that we will charge 2.5% for card payments as bank fee. You can also withdraw cash from ATM’s nearby.


Confirmation of Booking:

  • We will send you a booking confirmation and a payment confirmation after having received your deposit to secure your booking. You will need your booking confirmation and your passport or Indian ID to check in at Green Leaf Resort Goa. 
  • We are required to keep a register of guests staying with us, this includes full names and nationality, telephone number, passport numbers, place of issue, details of next destination and address.
  • We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
  • Please check your booking confirmation for correct dates and all other details as it will be your responsibility.


Cancellation before Arrival
:

  • If you cancel 14days or more before your arrival date, your deposit will be fully refunded.
  • In case of cancellation less than 14 days before your arrival date, your deposit cannot be
    refunded.
  • Bookings during peak season ( 20th Dec – 10th Jan) are in no case refundable.


No Show:

  • If you do not turn up and do not advise us of a delay, we will hold your room for 24 hours before letting it to other guests.
  • You will not receive a refund of your deposit if you fail to show without advising us in time.


Change of Dates:

  • If we have availability, date changes will be accommodated within reason. If the rates applicable are different for the new dates, you are requested to pay the difference on arrival.
  • Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of your intended stay.


WiFi:

  • The Internet access provided is intended for general use such as access to the world wide web, email, messaging, social media, light video / music / media streaming. It is not intended or ideally suited for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads / uploads. Access to illegal activity or use of our network for illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.


Music and Noise:

  • Our resort concept is of total privacy and non-disturbance so we request you to respect the other guests’ quiet enjoyment and keep noise down accordingly.
  • Occasionally we will have live music in our restaurant area, latest ending at 11pm.


Security:

  • For security and safety reasons and to save electricity, please turn off the A/C, lights and lock the door when leaving the room.
  • Our property is under 24/7 surveillance and a security guard will ensure your safety at all times.
  • Outside guests have to be registered with valid and generally acceptable photo-identification at the reception counter and are requested to leave our premises at 11pm.
  • Guests are not permitted to make any changes in the Chalets and furnishings, including moving of furniture or taking decoration items.
  • Smoking in the Chalets or any other act with fire or gas is strictly prohibited.
  • Due to our private pools, we have to take extra care. So we do not allow any outside alcohol in our resort.


Children and extra person:

  • Children sleeping in their parent’s bed are free of charge, all other extra person will be charged Rs 700 per night.
  • We are happy to provide a baby bed (travel cot), just let us know at the time of inquiry. 
  • Our Chalets can accommodate up to 4 adults. To ensure that you have plenty of space, we do not accept more than 4 adults in one Chalet.


Pets:

  • We are happy to welcome your pets as long as other guests will not be disturbed in any way and your pet doesn’t cause any damage.


Food And Drink:

  • We provide bottled water free of charge every day. 
  • No meals or beverages are included in the rates per night. You can choose all items for breakfast, lunch and dinner from the menu in our restaurant. 
  • Payment of the restaurant bill can be done daily, weekly or at the end of your stay.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the resort.


Damages, Theft & Lost Property:

  • We reserve the right to charge for any damages caused by any member of the booking party. This includes lost keys, breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings including the resort’s loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or let units while the unit is being repaired.                        . 
  • Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and costs. 
  • Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners, we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belongings before checking-out. 
  • We may offer to post lost item via recorded delivery but the guest will have to bear the cost of the delivery.
  • We will not be liable for loss or damage of cash, devices, valuables or any other personal belongings.
  • We are happy to store your luggage for you between check in and check out times at your own risk.


Disclaimer of Liability:

  • We are exempt from fulfilling our contractual obligations for causes that could not be anticipated and/or are beyond our control. Examples are an act of God, act of Man, act of Parliament, and other impersonal events or occurrences such as: earthquakes, weather conditions, fires, floods; wars, civil or military disturbances, acts of terrorism, sabotage, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, riots, power failures.
  • Guests are advised to obtain comprehensive insurance covering illness, schedule alterations and flight cancellations as we do not cover these costs.
  • Spending your vacation on our premises and the usage of our pools are at your own risk. Children should be under supervision of their legal guardians at all times while on the premises. Legal guardians are liable for any damage caused by children’s actions.
  • All reservations and any services not made use of due to guest’s decision and for any reason is not refundable.
